Experience: Minimum 10–12 years of experience in MEP BIM coordination and project delivery
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Skills & Technical Requirements:
Excellent proficiency in Revit MEP, Navisworks Manage, and Autodesk Construction Cloud
Strong knowledge of ISO 19650 workflows and BIM Execution Plans (BEP)
Experience in Asset Information Model (AIM) and COBie data structuring
Familiarity with LOD500 project delivery standards
Capable of leading BIM implementation for large-scale MEP projects
Strong communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in both Arabic and English preferred
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all MEP BIM coordination activities across multiple projects
Develop and maintain BIM standards, templates, and procedures aligned with company policies
Ensure BIM models are accurate, consistent, and meet client specifications
Oversee model integration, clash detection, and issue resolution using Navisworks Manage
Collaborate with design and construction teams to ensure smooth data exchange and workflow integration
Manage Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) environment and oversee digital collaboration processes
Develop BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and ensure compliance with ISO 19650 standards
Supervise production of as-built models, COBie data, and AIM deliverables
Provide BIM-related training and guidance to project teams
Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Minimum 10–12 years of MEP BIM experience
Strong leadership and coordination skills
Bilingual (Arabic & English) preferred
Must be based in Qatar or available to join immediately
