Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Knowledge of preparing quotations, proposals, and handling customer inquiries
Ability to coordinate between sales, operations, and logistics departments
Positive attitude and attention to detail
Responsibilities:
Support the sales team in managing client communication and documentation
Prepare quotations, sales reports, and maintain records of customer interactions
Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments for smooth order processing
Follow up on leads and ensure timely delivery of products/services
Assist in marketing activities and client relationship management
