A reputed private firm in Qatar is urgently looking for a Filipino Admin Assistant to support administrative and facility management operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and capable of handling office coordination tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Provide administrative and clerical support to the management team.
Manage daily office operations including filing, document control, and correspondence.
Assist in facility management activities such as maintenance scheduling, service coordination, and vendor follow-up.
Prepare reports, memos, and documentation as required.
Handle inquiries, maintain office supplies, and ensure smooth internal communication.
Support HR and procurement functions when necessary.
Ensure compliance with company policies and assist with internal record management.
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
Strong proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Good knowledge of office and facility management procedures.
Minimum 3 years of experience in administration or facility management (preferably in Qatar).
Previous experience in a similar role within a facility management company will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Professional attitude with a customer-oriented approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
