A well-established company in Qatar is urgently looking to hire Tele-Calling Agents with excellent communication skills and prior call center experience. The role involves handling customer calls, promoting company services, and maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.
Make outbound and receive inbound calls to communicate with potential and existing customers.
Provide detailed information about company products and services.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Achieve daily and monthly call and sales targets.
Support the sales and marketing teams with telecommunication activities.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication.
Minimum of High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
Strong command of English and Arabic (both written and verbal).
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a Call Center or Telemarketing role.
Experience in customer service or sales through phone interaction is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong listening, problem-solving, and persuasion skills.
Confident and professional telephone manner.
Ability to handle pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
Goal-oriented with good time management abilities.

Salary: QAR 4,000 and above (based on experience)
Location: Doha, Qatar
Languages Required: English and Arabic (Mandatory)
Availability: Must be locally available in Qatar with valid Visa and NOC
