We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Engineer to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to generate sales in the industrial or marine sector.
The Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying potential customers, managing existing accounts, providing technical support, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Develop new business opportunities in the industrial, marine, and MRO sectors.
Promote and sell the company’s range of products and services to potential clients.
Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals.
Conduct product demonstrations and provide after-sales support.
Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Work closely with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met.
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales of industrial, marine, or MRO products and services.
Experience in the Qatar or GCC market preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Technical understanding of industrial and marine products.
Strong customer relationship management skills.
Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude and the ability to work independently.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Must possess a valid Qatari Driving License.
