We are urgently seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a proven background in sales, preferably within the Fit-Out / Interior Design / Construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Identify and generate new business opportunities within the Fit-Out and interior design sector.
Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, consultants, and contractors.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Coordinate with the design and project execution teams to ensure client requirements are met.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or Engineering (preferred but not mandatory).
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Sales, preferably in the Fit-Out / Interior Design / Construction industry.
Experience in the Qatari market will be highly advantageous.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
Excellent client relationship management skills.
Good understanding of the Fit-Out process and materials.
Valid Qatar Driving License (DL) and QID are mandatory.
