Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in building construction projects.
Must have previous experience working with main contractors or reputed construction firms in Qatar.
Develop, update, and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project for all construction activities.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, procurement, and subcontractors to ensure timely progress of works.
Prepare baseline schedules, manpower histograms, progress S-curves, and resource allocation plans.
Monitor and control project progress against the approved schedule, identify delays, and recommend corrective measures.
Conduct regular progress meetings and prepare detailed reports for management and clients.
Evaluate subcontractor schedules and ensure alignment with the master project schedule.
Prepare delay analysis reports, extension of time (EOT) claims, and recovery programs when required.
Ensure compliance with Qatar Construction Standards (QCS) and company planning procedures.
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
Must hold UPDA Grade A certification from MMUP (Qatar).
Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
Strong understanding of construction methodologies and sequencing.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong knowledge of project planning, monitoring, and reporting.
Effective communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Candidates with experience in building construction are mandatory.
Immediate joiners with transferable sponsorship (NOC) are highly preferred.
Candidates must be available locally in Qatar.
