Minimum 10 years of experience in the planning and management of construction sites.
Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities from project initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Coordinate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and consultants, to ensure efficient project execution.
Supervise and monitor the work progress on-site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards.
Review and approve construction plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
Identify and resolve technical, operational, and scheduling issues that may affect project delivery.
Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to senior management and clients.
Ensure project documentation, permits, and inspections are completed in accordance with Qatar’s building regulations.
Maintain strong leadership over the site team to achieve high-quality project outcomes.
Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent understanding of construction management principles, techniques, and modern project delivery methods.
Ability to interpret technical drawings, architectural layouts, and specifications.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project / Primavera).
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail with a strong focus on quality and safety.
10 years of experience in construction site planning and management.
Proven track record of delivering high-quality construction projects on time and within budget.
Experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams and subcontractors.
Strong understanding of major issues affecting construction projects such as risk, cost, scheduling, and resource management.
One Year (Extendable) based on performance and project requirements.
