Experience Required: Minimum 15 years of experience in Civil Marine and Oil & Gas projects (specialized in repair and construction of berth structures).
Oversee and manage all phases of civil marine and oil & gas infrastructure projects, particularly berth and jetty repair and construction works.
Develop detailed project execution plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
Supervise project teams, subcontractors, and coordinate with clients and consultants.
Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve technical and operational issues.
Review and approve engineering drawings, method statements, and material submittals.
Prepare progress reports, budget forecasts, and ensure timely project delivery.
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
Strong leadership and project management skills.
In-depth knowledge of marine structures, berthing facilities, and port construction standards.
Familiarity with oil & gas project specifications and safety requirements.
Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera (P6), and project reporting tools.
Excellent communication, coordination, and decision-making abilities.
