Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC-related projects within the Fitout / Construction industry.
Design, plan, and execute HVAC systems for fitout and construction projects in compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
Review project specifications, drawings, and ensure alignment with HVAC system design and installation.
Supervise site activities including installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC equipment such as chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ducting, and ventilation systems.
Conduct heat load calculations and ensure proper system sizing and efficiency.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, and other MEP disciplines for seamless project execution.
Prepare project documentation, including BOQs, method statements, and maintenance manuals.
Ensure that all HVAC works comply with safety regulations and project timelines.
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems design, installation, and maintenance.
Familiarity with international standards such as ASHRAE, SMACNA, and ASME.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and HVAC design software (e.g., HAP, Revit MEP).
Excellent project management and site supervision skills.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure to meet deadlines.
