Experience: 4 to 5 years of experience in handling MEP, Civil & HVAC work

Job Description:

  • Oversee maintenance operations of all facilities, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), civil, and HVAC systems.

  • Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.

  • Manage maintenance teams, ensuring efficiency and safety in all operations.

  • Monitor maintenance budgets and ensure cost-effective resource utilization.

  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors for maintenance-related work.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering or equivalent.

Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of MEP, Civil, and HVAC systems.

  • Leadership and team management abilities.

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Good communication and coordination skills.
