Experience: 5 to 7 years
Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects based on drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
Evaluate tender documents and identify scope, materials, and labor requirements.
Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive quotations.
Perform cost analysis and value engineering for projects.
Coordinate with project teams during bid preparation and post-tender stages.
Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Excellent knowledge of estimation software and MS Excel.
Attention to detail and accuracy in cost calculation.
Strong communication and coordination abilities.
Candidates must have relevant experience in the construction industry, preferably in the Tender Department.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Qatar.
