Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Administration, or any relevant field.
Additional certifications in Customer Service or Medical Reception Management will be an advantage.
2–4 years of experience in front office, customer service, or reception roles (preferably in hospitals, clinics, or healthcare organizations).
Experience working in multicultural environments with direct patient interaction is preferred.
Greet and assist patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and billing coordination.
Handle telephone and email inquiries promptly and efficiently.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information and ensure smooth front desk operations.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff for seamless patient service.
Ensure all front office documentation and reports are accurate and up to date.
Uphold hospital service standards and contribute to patient satisfaction.
Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus).
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and customer-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in MS Office, hospital software, or ERP systems.
Ability to work in split duty shifts.

Must have a valid Qatar work visa and NOC (No Objection Certificate).
Monthly Salary: QAR 2,500 – 3,000
