Lead and manage the Painting Division’s operations, including planning, budgeting, and team supervision.
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to expand the company’s market presence.
Oversee project execution, ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
Establish and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, and key clients.
Drive business growth through tender participation and new business development.
Monitor financial performance, margins, and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) standards and company policies.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in sales forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
Knowledge of industrial coatings, painting materials, and application methods.
