PUBLIC RELATIONS OFFICER (PRO / MANDOUB)

Location: Doha, Qatar

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced PRO (Mandoub) to handle all government-related tasks, including visa processing, license renewals, and document submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with ministries and government departments for employee and company documentation.

  • Handle visa applications, renewals, and cancellations.

  • Manage company trade license renewals and other official registrations.

  • Maintain accurate records of all PRO activities.

  • Support HR and administration with document control and compliance.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Administration or related field.

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of PRO experience in Qatar.

  • Skills Required:

    • In-depth knowledge of Qatar Labour Law and government procedures.

    • Excellent communication and Arabic translation skills.

    • Must possess a valid Qatar Driving License.

    • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

    • Valid QID and transferable visa with NOC.

  • Nationality: Arabic nationality preferred.


General Requirements for All Positions:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Qatar.

  • Valid QID and transferable visa with NOC.

  • Ability to join immediately preferred.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
