Nabni Qatar is urgently seeking a qualified and proactive HR Officer specializing in Employee Relations to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling employee engagement, grievance management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and Qatar Labour Law.
Manage employee relations activities and promote a positive work environment.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Ensure compliance with Qatar Labour Law and internal company policies.
Support HR operations related to onboarding, exit formalities, and documentation.
Coordinate with management for employee satisfaction and retention strategies.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Assist in policy development, communication, and implementation.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR (Employee Relations preferred).
Knowledge: Strong understanding of Qatar Labour Law and HR best practices.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Availability: Candidates must be locally available in Qatar with a transferable visa.
