Medgulf Construction Company WLL (MGC) is one of Qatar’s leading construction firms engaged in major civil, mechanical, and industrial projects. The company is also organizing an upcoming auction of used light and heavy vehicles, machinery, and equipment.
In line with expanding operations, Medgulf Construction is now looking for a competent and experienced Secretary to the General Manager.
The Secretary to the General Manager will provide administrative and secretarial support, handle confidential communications, and coordinate daily management activities efficiently.
Manage the GM’s schedule, appointments, and meetings.
Draft, review, and prepare correspondence, memos, and official documents.
Maintain accurate filing systems and ensure document confidentiality.
Coordinate communication between the GM and internal/external departments.
Prepare minutes of meetings and assist in executive reporting.
Handle office coordination and follow up on management decisions.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Secretary or Personal Assistant (preferably in construction or contracting industry).
Skills Required:
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Strong MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential matter
