Job Description:
Responsible for overseeing the company’s e-commerce operations, ensuring smooth order management, website performance, customer service, and inventory control.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations including order fulfillment, logistics, and returns.
Coordinate with suppliers and warehouse teams for product availability and delivery.
Monitor website performance, online sales, and customer satisfaction.
Analyze sales data to optimize listings and pricing strategies.
Lead the digital transformation and improve the company’s online presence.
Supervise and guide the e-commerce team to achieve performance goals.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or E-Commerce Management.
Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in E-Commerce operations or management.
Familiar with Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar platforms.
Strong knowledge of online retail operations and digital logistics.
Skills Required:
