Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and promoting the company’s transportation and logistics services across Qatar.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand client base.

  • Identify new opportunities in the logistics and transportation market.

  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and client visits.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

  • Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and quotations.

  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and reports.

  • Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and pricing structures.


Qualifications & Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics Management, or a related field.

  • Valid Qatar Driving Licence is mandatory.


Experience Required:

  • Minimum 3 – 5 years of proven experience in Business Development / Sales within the Transportation and Logistics industry in Qatar.

  • In-depth knowledge of the Qatar logistics market and key client segments.

  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.


Skills Required:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Excellent presentation and client relationship management abilities.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Fluency in English (Arabic knowledge is an advantage).
