Restaurant Manager
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a high-end Arabic restaurant located in Souq Waqif. The role involves overseeing operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining quality and hygiene standards, and achieving business and financial goals. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of Arabic cuisine, culture, and customer service excellence.
Manage the daily restaurant operations ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.
Supervise staff performance, scheduling, and training to maintain high service standards.
Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and consistency.
Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance.
Manage restaurant budgets, control costs, and optimize profitability.
Conduct regular health, safety, and hygiene audits to ensure HACCP compliance.
Handle inventory control, cost analysis, and internal audits.
Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies to enhance restaurant visibility.
Build and maintain relationships with guests to encourage repeat business.
Launch new strategies to elevate customer experiences across diverse nationalities.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
HACCP & Food Safety Certification required.
Transferable sponsorship is mandatory.
Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in Arabic restaurants (experience in Souq Waqif preferred).
Proven expertise in restaurant operations, costing, inventory, and audit compliance.
Experience in launching new restaurants or improving existing outlets is an added advantage.
Strong understanding of Arabic cuisine, dining culture, and guest expectations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Skilled in service standards training, SOP enforcement, and upselling techniques.
Financially astute with strong business acumen.
Ability to manage a multicultural workforce and ensure top-level customer satisfaction.
Fluent in English and Arabic (preferred).
