The Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting the company’s freight forwarding and logistics services. The ideal candidate should possess strong market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proven sales record in the logistics or freight industry.
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue.
Identify potential clients and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and client visits.
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective customers.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
Strong understanding of freight forwarding operations (air, sea, and land).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Target-driven and capable of working under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM tools.
Valid Qatar driving license preferred.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the respective field.
Candidates must be available in Qatar with a transferable visa and NOC.
Immediate joiners preferred.
