A leading Industrial Coatings and Contracting Company in Qatar is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Painting Division Manager to lead and expand its Painting Division operations. The company specializes in industrial, commercial, and infrastructure painting solutions, including protective coatings, surface preparation, and maintenance for major projects across Qatar.
The Painting Division Manager will be responsible for the overall management, business development, and operational performance of the division. The role requires a technically strong and commercially minded professional capable of leading teams, ensuring quality execution, and achieving sales and profitability targets.
Lead and manage all activities of the Painting Division, including operations, project management, and business development.
Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the division’s market presence and customer base.
Supervise project execution, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
Oversee tendering, estimation, and contract negotiation processes.
Manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Monitor financial performance, budgets, and cost control.
Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure efficient workflow.
Mentor and train team members to achieve operational excellence and professional growth.
Prepare periodic progress, financial, and performance reports for senior management.
Ensure all projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to client specifications.
Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering (mandatory).
MBA (Master of Business Administration) preferred, with focus on Operations, Marketing, or Industrial Management.
Minimum 10 years of experience in the Painting Industry, Industrial Coatings, or a related engineering field, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale painting or coatings projects.
Experience in protective coatings, surface preparation, and application technologies (industrial, marine, or infrastructure).
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
Sound knowledge of sales strategies, business development, and market trends in the coatings sector.
Strong understanding of technical specifications, painting systems, and application methods.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
