Mechanical Engineer
MEP Estimator
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
QCDD and UPDA Certification is mandatory
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Qatar within the construction / contracting / MEP industry
Proven track record in handling mechanical works and MEP estimation
Strong knowledge of MEP systems, estimation, and tendering processes
Ability to review technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements
Excellent knowledge of Qatar Construction Standards (QCS)
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and estimation software
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for MEP projects
Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure compliance with project specifications
Review tender documents and prepare technical & commercial proposals
Provide cost analysis and identify value engineering opportunities
Support project execution teams in budgeting and resource planning
Ensure compliance with QCDD / UPDA regulations and local authority requirements
