Job Description:
Coordinate and supervise large-scale dismantling and demolition projects.
Manage site teams, assign tasks, and monitor daily progress.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and project requirements.
Act as a communication bridge between management and site teams.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on project status, cost control, and resource utilization.
Assist in scheduling, budgeting, and risk management for demolition projects.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 7–10 years’ experience, with at least 3 years in demolition/dismantling projects.
Strong knowledge of dismantling, demolition techniques, and safety standards.
Skills Required:
Excellent leadership and team coordination abilities.
Strong reporting and documentation skills.
Safety-conscious with knowledge of Qatar’s compliance regulations.
Strong project planning and organizational skills.
