Location: Doha, Qatar
Job Description:
Manage all costs relating to building and civil engineering projects.
Prepare and review cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents.
Handle contractual claims, variations, and negotiations with clients and subcontractors.
Conduct site visits to assess work progress and prepare valuations.
Provide advice on contractual matters and cost control strategies.
Prepare project financial reports and ensure compliance with company standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and contractual procedures.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and cost control software.
Fluent in English (written & spoken).
Experience:
Minimum 10 years of experience in major contractual works.
Minimum 7 years of experience in the Gulf region (preferably in Qatar).
