Job Description:
Manage day-to-day HR operations including employee records, leave management, and payroll support.
Assist in recruitment processes including job posting, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews.
Prepare HR-related reports, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with Qatar Labor Law.
Support employee relations, onboarding, and performance evaluation processes.
Coordinate with management to implement HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles, preferably in Qatar/GCC.
