We are urgently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining company documents, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely retrieval of information.
The Document Controller will support project and administrative teams by maintaining records, tracking documentation, and ensuring compliance with company standards and policies.
Manage and control the flow of documents within the organization.
Ensure proper organization, storage, and retrieval of important records and files.
Maintain up-to-date logs of incoming and outgoing documentation.
Support project teams with accurate document distribution and control.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Liaise with different departments for documentation needs.
Handle confidential documents with discretion and integrity.
Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Document Controller.
Education: Diploma in Administration or Business (or equivalent).
Technical Skills:
