Job Description:

Assist in preparing cost estimates, BOQs, and procurement documentation. Support the procurement team in supplier selection, negotiations, and contract administration.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field

  • Knowledge of procurement procedures and cost estimation

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills

  • Ability to work with contracts, cost reports, and budgets

  • Proficiency in MS Office and QS software

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Procurement Assistant in construction
