Supervise hospitality staff including tea boys and tea girls.
Ensure smooth daily operations and proper service standards.
Monitor staff schedules, attendance, and performance.
Coordinate with management to maintain quality guest service.
Train and guide hospitality staff in service excellence.
Experience: Previous experience as a Hospitality Supervisor is mandatory.
