Responsibilities:
Lead architectural and interior design projects from concept to execution.
Develop design proposals, drawings, 3D visualizations, and presentations.
Ensure compliance with client requirements, codes, and regulations.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, and project teams for integrated design solutions.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture.
10+ years of experience in architectural design and interiors.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, Photoshop.
Strong design sense with attention to detail.

Must hold MMUP (UPDA Grade A) Certification.
