We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Officer to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling the end-to-end recruitment cycle including manpower planning, sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, selection, and onboarding of candidates.
The Recruitment Officer will play a key role in ensuring that the organization attracts and hires the best talent through effective sourcing strategies and efficient recruitment practices.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from manpower requisition to onboarding.
Source and attract candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, advertisements, social media platforms, referrals, and networking.
Coordinate and conduct interviews in collaboration with hiring managers.
Prepare and issue job offers, contracts, and onboarding documentation.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and labor law requirements.
Build strong relationships with external agencies and institutions for talent acquisition.
Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of proven experience in recruitment (preferably in Qatar/Gulf region).
Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and onboarding procedures.
Hands-on experience in sourcing candidates through multiple platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, social media, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Must be available to join immediately.
