A leading FMCG company in Qatar is currently seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing relationships with B-Class hypermarkets, and ensuring strong product visibility in the retail sector.

Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
Equivalent experience in FMCG sales will also be considered
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in FMCG sales within Qatar, specifically handling hypermarkets and retail accounts
Requirements:
Valid QID (Qatar ID)
Valid Qatar Driving License
Strong knowledge of the FMCG market and retail operations in Qatar
Key Skills:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong relationship management with retailers and distributors
Sales target achievement and business development expertise
Ability to monitor competitor activities and provide market insights
Proficiency in sales reporting and MS Office tools
Develop and maintain strong relationships with B-Class hypermarkets and retail partners
Ensure product availability, visibility, and placement in stores
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as per company goals
Implement promotional activities to drive sales growth
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities
Prepare regular sales reports for management review
Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely product delivery
