We are hiring an experienced Sales Manager to develop and lead the company’s solar sales division, drive business growth, and achieve sales targets.
Develop business strategies to expand solar projects market share.
Identify and build relationships with potential clients.
Manage and guide the sales team to achieve revenue goals.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Negotiate contracts and close deals.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering.
5+ years of sales experience in solar/renewable energy.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and client relationship management.
