Job Description:
A leading MEP company in Qatar is seeking a qualified and experienced Male Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will be licensed to practice in Qatar, possess strong skills in maintaining a first aid unit, and have experience in handling medical emergencies. Additional qualifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and International Trauma Life Support (ITLS) are highly advantageous. Candidates with prior experience in the construction industry will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage the first aid unit at the site, ensuring it is fully stocked and operational.
- Provide immediate medical assistance in case of emergencies and accidents.
- Administer first aid and basic medical care to employees as needed.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide advanced cardiac life support (ACLS).
- Collaborate with emergency services in cases of severe incidents.
- Promote health and safety awareness among staff, providing training on basic first aid and emergency response.
- Ensure all health-related protocols and procedures are adhered to within the workplace.
- Maintain accurate medical records of incidents and treatments provided.
Requirements:
- Valid license to practice as a Nurse in Qatar.
- Proven experience in maintaining a first aid unit and handling medical emergencies.
- Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
- ITLS certification is an advantage.
- Experience in the construction industry is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
