Job Description:
Oversee the school’s administrative operations, including HR, finance, procurement, and general services.
Ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day activities and compliance with school policies.
Liaise with government authorities and ensure regulatory requirements are met.
Prepare administrative budgets and reports for management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Administration, Business, or related field.
Skills:
Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and school ERP systems.
Excellent communication and problem-solving ability.
Experience:
Minimum 5–7 years in administration, preferably in the education sector.
Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in schools.
Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Strong technical/computer skills.
Candidates should be locally available in Qatar and ready for immediate joining.
