Experience: 1–3 years
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues
Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and equipment
Ensure data security and perform routine backups
Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems for staff
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / Networking
Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking systems
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly
Good problem-solving and communication skills
