Job Description:
We are urgently hiring a highly qualified HSE Officer with Qatar Energy approval and extensive experience in the construction sector. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on project sites.
Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs.
Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
Ensure compliance with Qatar Energy and local safety regulations.
Provide HSE training and awareness sessions to site staff.
Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and implement corrective actions.
Maintain safety documentation and records.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Science or related field.
Minimum 10 years of HSE experience in construction.
Qatar Energy approval is mandatory.
NEBOSH/IOSH or equivalent HSE certifications.
Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to handle emergency response and incident reporting.
Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
