Qualifications:
University degree in Business, Administration, or related field.
2–3 years of experience in customer service.
Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
Skills Required:
Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Computer literacy (MS Office, ERP/CRM systems).
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
