Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our dynamic Sales team. The ideal candidate will specialize in Applied HVAC systems, Ducted Split, and Split Units. This sales-focused role will be responsible for driving revenue growth by understanding client requirements, presenting suitable HVAC solutions, and closing profitable contracts for large-scale projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across multiple sectors.

  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by qualifying leads and assessing project potential.

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.

  • Conduct site visits and consultations to evaluate customer HVAC requirements.

  • Present and promote the company’s HVAC technical capabilities and solutions effectively.

  • Prepare and submit technical proposals, submittals, and commercial offers.

  • Collaborate with internal teams for accurate project costing and timely delivery.

  • Negotiate contracts to ensure favorable terms and profitability.

  • Manage existing accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (preferred).

  • Minimum 5-7 years of field experience in Qatar.

  • Proven track record in B2B HVAC sales, consistently achieving or exceeding targets.

  • Strong knowledge of Applied HVAC systems, Ducted Split, and Split Units.
