Job Description:
We are urgently seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager (Business Development) to oversee restaurant operations, develop business opportunities, and drive revenue growth. The candidate will manage daily activities, ensure customer satisfaction, and expand the restaurant’s market presence.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage restaurant operations, ensuring high-quality service and standards.
Develop and implement strategies for business growth and customer acquisition.
Monitor budgets, cost control, and profitability targets.
Manage and train staff to deliver excellent customer service.
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and management for smooth operations.
Prepare sales and performance reports for senior management.
Qualifications:
Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or related field (preferred).
5–8 years of proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in F&B Business Development.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (Arabic knowledge is a plus).
