Job Description:
An Engineering Consultancy Office is looking for an experienced Secretary to provide administrative and clerical support. The ideal candidate will manage office communications, documentation, and scheduling to ensure smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities:
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
Maintain office files, records, and documentation.
Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and manage schedules.
Assist in preparing reports, letters, and presentations.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all office dealings.
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business Management, or related field.
Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in an Engineering/Consultancy office.
Strong knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication (written and verbal) in English (Arabic is a plus).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Attention to detail and time management.
Professional attitude and ability to work under pressure.
