BMS Technician

Project Duration:

06 Months (extendable)

Job Description:

The BMS Technician will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Building Management Systems to ensure smooth building operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain BMS systems (HVAC, lighting, fire alarms, etc.).

  • Monitor system alarms and resolve issues promptly.

  • Troubleshoot and repair control panels and sensors.

  • Ensure system performance meets project requirements.

  • Document maintenance activities and submit reports.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical or related field.

  • 1–2 years of BMS experience.

  • Valid QID and transferable visa.

Skills Required:

  • Knowledge of BMS software and hardware.

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
