Job Description:
We are hiring a Technical Coordinator cum Call Centre Executive to handle customer calls, record complaints, prepare reports, and support technical operations related to HVAC and refrigeration systems.
Responsibilities:
Answer and log customer service calls.
Record and track complaints efficiently.
Prepare service reports and update management.
Provide technical coordination between customers and technicians.
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / ITI.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Basic knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems.
