Job Description:
We are seeking a professional Lady Receptionist cum Accounts In-Charge to manage front desk operations and basic accounting responsibilities. The candidate must be organized, detail-oriented, and have prior experience in customer service and accounts handling.
Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist gym members and visitors at the reception desk.
Handle phone calls, emails, and appointment scheduling.
Maintain accurate records of membership fees, payments, and expenses.
Assist in preparing financial reports and daily cash reconciliation.
Support administrative duties including filing, invoicing, and data entry.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of work experience in Qatar (front desk + accounts role preferred).
Valid transferable visa with NOC.
Skills:
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Basic accounting knowledge (Tally/ERP, MS Excel).
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Fluent in English; Arabic knowledge is an advantage.
