Procurement / Document Controller
Buhmaid is seeking a Procurement / Document Controller to manage procurement activities, supplier coordination, and document control processes. The candidate must be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling procurement tasks while maintaining proper documentation for projects.
Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and services in line with project requirements.
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers/vendors.
Prepare purchase orders, contracts, and related documents.
Maintain an organized document control system for contracts, invoices, and procurement files.
Track and monitor delivery schedules, ensuring timely availability of materials.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and suppliers.
Maintain supplier database and ensure compliance with company policies.
Generate procurement and document control reports for management.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in procurement and document control, preferably in the construction or contracting sector.
Must be available in Qatar with transferable visa & NOC.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Knowledge of procurement procedures and documentation standards.
Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software.
Excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities.
Good English communication skills (written & spoken).
