We are a leading Natural Stones Company in Qatar, urgently seeking an experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the contracting sector in Qatar and be able to handle accounting, reporting, and compliance tasks independently.
Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries.
Prepare accurate financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.
Ensure compliance with Qatar’s accounting standards and company policies.
Monitor cash flow, expenses, and budget utilization.
Prepare payroll, invoices, and VAT/tax documentation.
Reconcile bank statements and supplier accounts.
Assist in audits by providing necessary records and reports.
Generate regular financial reports for management review.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Accountant in Qatar, preferably in a contracting company.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles in Qatar.
Transferable visa with NOC (preferred).
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or equivalent).
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
