Position:
Sales Executive
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive with experience in Building Materials and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the building materials and PPE market.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
Negotiate sales contracts, pricing, and terms with customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of services/products.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 2–4 years of proven experience in sales of Building Materials and PPE in Qatar.
Valid Qatar Driving License is an advantage.
Transferable visa with NOC (preferred).
Excellent English communication skills (both written & spoken).
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Smart, energetic, and target-oriented personality.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Good knowledge of the Qatari construction and safety equipment market.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Attractive salary package with commission structure.
