Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced HSE Engineer to implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental policies in line with Ashghal project requirements. The candidate will ensure compliance with international safety standards and Qatari regulations.
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies and procedures.
Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
Ensure compliance with Ashghal HSE standards.
Conduct safety training sessions for employees.
Investigate accidents/incidents and recommend preventive measures.
Prepare HSE performance reports for management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
Minimum 10 years of experience, with at least 7 years in infrastructure projects.
Experience in Ashghal projects preferred.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of international HSE standards (ISO, OSHA, etc.).
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to train and mentor staff on HSE practices.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
