We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer with strong expertise in site surveys, BOQ preparation, RAMS documentation, and CAD drawings for fitout and maintenance projects. The role requires close collaboration with project teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Conduct site surveys and prepare technical reports.
Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and RAMS (Risk Assessment & Method Statements) for projects.
Create and update CAD drawings for fitout and maintenance works.
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and suppliers.
Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to specifications and schedules.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of GCC experience in fitout and maintenance projects.
Proficiency in CAD software and MS Office.
Qatar Driving License preferred.
Strong knowledge of site surveys and BOQ preparation.
Proficiency in CAD drafting.
Excellent project coordination and documentation skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
