We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO and Business Development Manager. The role involves managing contracts, handling office tasks independently, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments.
Draft, review, and manage contracts in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
Assist in business development activities by preparing proposals, presentations, and reports.
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communications for the CEO & BDM.
Maintain organized records of agreements and related documentation.
Handle general office administration independently.
Assist with basic accounting tasks as required.
Communicate effectively in Arabic and English (Arabic preferred).
Female, aged between 30–35 years.
Proven experience in contract drafting and review.
Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
Arabic language proficiency preferred.
Contract management and drafting expertise.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
