Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO and Business Development Manager. The role involves managing contracts, handling office tasks independently, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and manage contracts in coordination with relevant stakeholders.

  • Assist in business development activities by preparing proposals, presentations, and reports.

  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communications for the CEO & BDM.

  • Maintain organized records of agreements and related documentation.

  • Handle general office administration independently.

  • Assist with basic accounting tasks as required.

  • Communicate effectively in Arabic and English (Arabic preferred).

Qualifications:

  • Female, aged between 30–35 years.

  • Proven experience in contract drafting and review.

  • Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles.

  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.

  • Arabic language proficiency preferred.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
